Week 8. Ketogenic Diet.

I seem to be stuck on about 89 - 90kg and can't get any lower. I fast for 16 hours 6 days a week and workout during those fasts. I've been told that fasting and working out during fasting are great for weight loss during keto and also great for keeping you in ketosis. But I can't seem to lose any more weight. I've been told that after the initial beginning of this diet in which people lose a few pounds of water weight, most people plateau until they do something drastic such as fasting or exercising on an empty stomach and since I was doing both of these things I didn't know what else to do. Also, I don't think I have been prepping my food well enough so my snack food was always pork scratchings, pepperamis or cheese usually dipped in butter. I've given this diet two months and now I'm going to give it up for a while and try some other things
