Day 15. Intermittent Fasting.

Today I'm gonna post up when I feel the hunger hit me and what I do to cope with it.
(I wake up at 4:30am and start work at 6:00am)

5:00am.
First hit of hunger.
Solved with a large cup off coffee.

7:00am.
Second hunger hit.
Solved with a cup of water.

Noon.
My third hit.
Again, I push it back with some water and at this point of the day I have a bottle of water with me to sip.

After this I was fine until 2:00pm.
