Day 19. Intermittent Fasting.

Drank a few beers twice over the weekend on the evening.
Because of the alcohol I forgot the times I should stop taking in calories and ending up finishing off my beer after 10pm. Not a huge crime but worth mentioning.
Yesterday, (On Day 18) I was in town with my wife and she had KFC in front of me whilst I sipped her diet lemonade.

A few hours later she needed to eat again, (she's pregnant and if she doesnt eat at the right time she gets nauseated) so we went for a meal and I held off for as long as I possibly could. I ended up eating at 1:56pm instead of 2pm. That's forgivable I think.
