Day 2. Ketogenic Diet.

I have no idea how to keep my protein levels down, everything on this diet seems to have protein in it, meat, eggs, cheese etc.

Yesterday I had too much protein, too many carbs and no where near enough fat.

Today I had too much of all three, my carb levels were better than yesterday but my protein levels were far too high.

I don't want to keep tracking my food intake as it it's too time consuming, I'm looking forward to reaching a point in which I just know when to stop.

I haven't felt any keto flu yet and have yet to feel any hunger on this diet.
