Day 21. Intermittent Fasting. Weight 89.6kg.

I was offered a sweet yesterday at work and I said no to the guy. So my commitment is still at 100%.

Not much weight loss this week, my own fault too, I haven't been eating as good as  I should have. 0.3kg, which is about two thirds of a pound, is still in the correct direction but nowhere near what I would like to be losing within a week, especially on a diet such as this.

Let's hope this last week holds better results.
