Day 1. Ketogenic Diet. Start Weight 93.2kg

Breakfast - 2 fried eggs in olive oil, coffee with full fat milk.
I ate that at 5:00am this morning and now it's almost 10:00am and I'm not craving any lunch yet. I do drink a lot of water though. I have had a sugar free energy drink though (which I don't like to drink) but that's just because I got very little sleep last night.
Lunch - 2 home made beef burgers, slice of bacon, 1 boiled egg.
Coffee with full fat milk sweetener.
Today was going great, my wife and I had pretty much the correct amount of carbs and protein today but still needed to up our fats a little, but we had some bolognaise sauce and a tiny amount of pasta left from yesterday and we didn't want to waste it. So we teamed it with some cheese and chicken cooked in ghee and it knocked me way over my carb levels.
Tomorrow will be much better.
One thing I have noticed about this diet so far is that I felt like I ate a ton today, way more than I would on any normal day, but I was still about 500 calories under the recommended 2,500.
