I'm going to try different diets

Plain and simple, I'm going to try different 'crash diets' to see if they work and if they're safe.

Depending on which website you look at, these types of diets can either be amazing and life-changing or terrible and life-threatening.

Im going to try each diet for 28 days and post any problems I come across on the way.

Hopefully I'll find a diet that can lead to a healthier version of me and if not, I can at least inform people of my experiences so they can make their own decision.
