Day 9. Intermittent Fasting.
After nine days in, I have noticed over the last few days that I get fatigued much quicker than I ever did.
I can't seem to handle work for longer periods of time. I used to be able to just keep going without thinking about it but now I need more breaks at work.
I seem to be handling the hunger better but the fatigue is getting to me. I'm fine once I get home and eat, hopefully it's just a phase.
