Day 8. Intermittent Fasting.
So I go back to work today after a weekend off. It wasn't so hard to fast at home, I could relax and didn't do much hard work. But today I woke at 4:30am and started work at 6am. I'll be working right through my fasting hours.
It's been tough and I'm now on my lunch break drinking as much water as I can. I even did 10 minutes on the stepper and some 43.kg back rows at the work gym. No protein shake to help with the food cravings. Only a few more hours until I can eat some pasta.
I finished work at 2pm and even stayed back a little while at the gym at work before going home to eat. I may be getting the hang of this.
