Day 7. Intermittent Fasting. Weight 91.7kg

So after one week of 'sort of' fasting and not caring about what I eat during my eight hours I now weigh 91.7kg.
0.4kg heavier than when I started.
Over the next week I'm going to be a lot smarter about the food I consume and have no alcohol.
Last night I cheated a little, it was close to 10pm and I rushed my sandwich and bottle of wine instead of just having it the next day. It was 10:03pm when I finished.
This morning I made Nutella on toast for my son and almost licked the spoon, I stopped myself before I did though and I think I deserve an award for this.
This is a picture of my latte and wife's grilled chicken and wedges. Very hungry right now and it's only 11:45am.
