Day 5 Intermittent Fasting.
I was told by a good friend (someone doing very well on the keto diet) that doing intermittent fasting whilst having a protein shake can have negative effects. He's not saying it's a bad thing, it's just that the fasting requires the body to have no nutrients going in the body for it to work correctly and the protein shake has too many good things in it to cause the body to fast.
So today was my first 'real' fast day and I think I coped fine on only coffee and water.
