Day 14. Intermittent Fasting. Weight 89.9kg

It's been two weeks (although my first week wasn't a 'real' fast) and I think I've done quite well. I've lost 1.4kg since I started which is just over 3 lbs.

I've been doing moderate cardio at work and various chest and back exercises at the gym, I honestly didn't want to push myself too hard without any food in my stomach.

My diet has been good but not great, I think this diet would work a lot better if I prepped my meals first instead of coming home from work and eating whatever I can get my hands on.

Another thing I would change would be the time I actually fast, instead of fasting from 10pm to 2pm, I think for me, 7pm to 11am would be much better. I would be eating less on the evening which would mean I would probably go to bed earlier, plus, I do weight training during my lunch hour which is at around 10:30 so I could train a lot harder knowing I had a meal to look forward to at 11am.

Im going to continue the same as I have been for my last two weeks but if I want to try this again in the future I at least know a way to improve it to suit my own schedule.
