Day 1. Intermittent Fasting. Start weight 91.3kg.

So I decided my first month would be the intermittent fasting diet. I Will be fasting for 16 hours and I'll eat for the last eight.

I'm modifying it slightly, I should really only have fluids during the fasting period but I'm including a non-carb protein shake into that simply because I want to lose the least amount of muscle mass possible during this month.

My fasting hours are from 10pm to 2pm the next day.

Then I can eat from 2pm to 10pm.

My first slip up was that I had a couple of beers last night and still had a few sips left after 10pm but I won't let that discourage me.

It's almost 12:45 and I'm starting to feel a little hungry so I'm having a coffee and looking forward to my first meal.

I will post up if I have problems, if I eat at the wrong time or if I have a some type of bad food such as takeaway.
