Day 2. Intermittent Fasting.
So the second day of my diet is the first day in which I have to go to work so I was a little worried about it.
At five in the morning I didnt feel hungry after my morning coffee so I decided to wait until my 8 o'clock break to have my first protein shake.
Hunger hit me big time at 7am, I tried to hold it off but there was no chance so I had my first shake at 7:30am.
The rest of the day went fine and I actually quite enjoyed the feeling of hunger and looking forward to a good meal.
